Compare Hair Transplant ("we", "us", "the site") operates comparehairtransplant.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have. We are an independent comparison and information service — we are not a clinic, hospital, or medical provider.

What we collect

  • Information you submit. When you request a quote or contact a clinic through us, we collect the details you provide — such as name, email, phone number, country, and any message or photos.
  • Usage data. Pages visited, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected via analytics.
  • Cookies. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand traffic. You can refuse cookies in your browser; the site still works without them.

How we use it

  • To answer your enquiry personally. Enquiries go to Michael Seutin and are read and answered by him.
  • To respond to your questions and improve the site.
  • To measure traffic and the performance of our content.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not forward your enquiry to clinics. We are not a lead broker. If that ever changes, we will ask for your explicit permission before sending your details to anyone — naming the clinic, before it happens, not in an update to this page.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that host the site and run our analytics, bound to process data only on our instructions.
  • Authorities where required by law.

Clinics are not on that list. No clinic — in Turkey or anywhere else — receives your name, contact details or medical information from us. Your enquiry is not transferred internationally to a clinic, because it is not sent to a clinic at all.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete it. Analytics data is retained per our analytics provider's standard period.

Your rights
